Fourth of July

So for fourth of July we decided to head to Eastern Arizona where Jared's extended family lives. It was great to see the rest of the family. They don't get to see us very often and so it was fun for them to see us and see how big Logan is getting! Jared took a picture of the view from his Grandma's back yard. It is of Mount Graham. His family has a cabin on the very top of it that they have been going to Jared's whole life. So it is the place where Jared has the best memories of growing up and to him, it is just magical! It is very pretty up there, but we didn't make it up there this trip.
















Logan got to play with his cousin Kadie which meant attacking her bow on top of her head. Yes this is what happened over and over. It was as if the only thing he saw when he looked at her was the big bow on her head. Before:

Logan LOVED the fireworks. We were actually closer to the fireworks than I have ever been so it was SO LOUD and the ashes kept falling on us. To me, it was a little nerve wracking trying to dodge the ashes and not let the enormous booms of fireworks bother me, but Logan didn't seem to notice! This picture makes it look a lot more peaceful than it really was.
